We have contracts with all of our suppliers and ensure that they are legal and insured in order to work with us.
We have a meticulous check-list which includes touching base before a client's arrival, checking-in at the time of arrival, keeping in touch throughout, and of course following up at the end of a client's trip.
We provide concierge style services, tackling just about any request from last-minute dinner reservations and concert tickets to surprise gifts at a client's door.
